I beam bending machine

I beam bending machine is designed for bending H beam I beam at first. Then by change molds, it can bend C beam ,T beam,U beam,Rail beam or Steel pipes.

Structures:

I beam bender including hydraulic system.Hydraulic pump+hydralic cyliner(1 or 2 customized.) 3 rolles(2guide rollers and 1 pushing roller).2 moving motors and 2 reducers.1 control box.

I beam bender machine are all customized according to your beam shape and size. The working capacity is from 100mm beam to 500mm beam.

1. Specific beam size: width,height,thickness,etc.
2. Hard way bending or easy way bending.
3. Bending radius.
